Over the past six months I’ve been working on an idea for a painting that All Souls orchestra commissioned me to do for their conductor who is retiring today!

When I started the process I had a picture of a river flowing down through and upon the conductor.

Much like the promise given by Jesus about the gift of The Holy Spirit, that He would flow from people like rivers of living water. I also had a picture of God’s hands…
