Just a quick post on a creative approach to telling people they are loved. Last week I worked with ‘Hope Revolution’ to put into practice bringing the Fathers love to people in the city centre of Leicester. Not just talk about it, but actually doing something! Interestingly, even though this was programmed most people thought it was something I would bring theoretically- Some were slightly shocked that they were expected to literally go and show God’s love to people!
So I sent around 100 youth leaders to do a number of fun creative ways to connect with people. One I hadn’t done before is to take chalk boards to collect simple chalk portraits of people who are loved. In an hour or so here are the pictures of the people who joined in:
